Description   Turkish Delight, or lokum (also loukoum), is a confection made from starch and sugar. It is often flavored with rosewater or lemon, the former giving it a characteristic pale pink color. It has a soft, sticky consistency, and is often packaged and eaten in small cubes that are dusted with sugar to prevent sticking. Some recipes include small nut pieces, usually pistachio, hazelnut or walnuts. pistachio is better :) November 2, 2007 Reviewer: Vanessa from Dallas, TX United States   I have ordered 2 Turkish Delights last week, one Pistachio Turkish Delight, and the second one is hazelnut. Service, process, and everything gets 5 Star.  Why did I rate this product 4 stars??? Because I loved the pistachio, and hazelnut became my second favorite after the pistachio :) Thank you so much.
