Description   Noahs Pudding (Asure) 7.8oz 220g Asure: Noah's Pudding (also called Legume Pudding) Noah's Pudding is one of the oldest and most traditional desserts of Turkish Cuisine and is served during religious holidays and for special occasions. Legend has it that when Noah's Ark rested on the Mount Ararat in Turkey, the inhabitants gathered all the food left on the Ark and made a soup to celebrate; this feast food was eventually called Noah's Pudding. During the holiday times, p lenty of Asure is cooked in every household and served to family and guests; there is always enough made to be given to neighbors and friends. Usually there are at least 15 ingredients which are variable according to the region and the cook's taste.
