A new type of ornamentation called “Helezoni Tugrakes” style began to be produced in the Iznik blue-white ceramics at the beginning of the 16th century. “Helezoni Tugrakes” style is composed of small leaves and floral motifs imposed upon spiral, curled branches. The Haliç lsi Beady Beaker is inspired by lznik blue-white objects that were decorated in this style.

The HaIiç Isi Beady Beaker is of hand-made opal glass and all its patterns of relief have also been produced by hand and plated in 24-carat gold.
