On The Koruyan vase figures a relief inspired from the reliefs of royal palace in the city of Kalha of the Assyrian Kingdom. The figure represents the protector winged god of Assurmasirpal II of the Assyrian Kingdom. The head band and the wrists carry the motif of life flower. The right hand is raised as if in prayer. this figure on the wall relief believed to have been decorating the doorway of a bedroom in the palace was apparenlty served as protector against evil sipirits. The relief is now at the St. Petersburg Hermitage Museum.

The Koruyan Bowl is hand made and all its patterns of relief have also been produced by hand, using a relief painting technique and 24 carat gold plating.

Koruyan Vaso uzerinde, Asur Kralligi'nin Kalha kentinde kurulan kral sarayiin kabartmalarindan alinan bir figur kullanilmistir. Figur: Asur krali II. Assurmasirpal'in koruyucu kanatli tanrisidir.Basindaki bantta ve kol bilekelrinde yasam cicegi motifi kullanilmistir. Figurun sag eli dua edercesine yukari dogru kaldirilmistir. Kral saraydaki yatak odasinin girisinde oldugu tahmin edilen duvar kabartmasi uzerindeki bu figurun kotu ruhlarin odaya girisini engelledigine inanilir.Kabartma bugun, St. Petersburg Hermitage Muzesi'nde sergilenmektedir.

Koruyan Vazo, el imalati opal camdan uretilmis, uzerindeki rolfey desenlerin tumu el isciligi ile eskitme boya kullanilarak dekorlanmistir.
