The form of the Adak Vase was inspired from the Klinkaya Idol made of clay, unearthed at the Kultepe and dating from 3000 B.C., now in display at the Ankara Anatolian Civilazations Museum. The stylized female figures used as votive objects offered to goods and goddesses in prehistorical times weer symbols of fertility and resurrection.

The Adak Vase thet has on it the spiral motifs symbolizing the eternal recurrence and the monads representing the universal togetherness of the universe is handmade of black glass are overlaid with 24 carats gold.

Adak vazo'nun formu, Ankara Anadolu Medeniyetleri Muzesi'nde sergilenmekte olan, M.O. 3.binyil sonuna tarihlenen,Kultepe'de bulunmus, pismis topraktan yapilmis Kalinkaya Idolu'nden esinlenerek uretilmistir. Tarih oncesi caglarda tanrilara adak olarak sunulan stilize edilmis kadin figurleri, bolluk, bereketlilik ve yeniden dogusun sembolleri olmuslardir.

Uzerinde yasamin sonsuz dongusunu sembolize eden spiral motifleri ve yasamdaki evrensel birlikteligi simgeleyen monad motifleri olan Adak Vazo, el imalati siyah renkli camdan uretilmis, desenler uzerinde 24 ayar altin yaldiz kullanilmistir.
